These Santa Hats Desserts are the perfect dessert to finish off a delicious Christmas meal.

All you need are strawberries, whipped cream, a white chocolate star, a good dusting of icing sugar, and a delicious and moist gluten-free chocolate cake for the base.

There are two ways that you can make the cake base.

Number 1 - Make The Best Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

After making the delicious gluten-free chocolate cake and leaving it to cool, simply using a scone/biscuit cutter, cut out rounds, and then add the whipped cream, top with a strawberry, and dust with icing sugar OR:

Number 2: Use a gluten free chocolate cake packet mix!

Tip - Simply add 100 grams of apple puree to the wet ingredients of the cake mix and combine. It is that easy and is makes a delicious and moist chocolate cake.

I use 1 tub (113g) of a four-pack of unsweetened apple puree from Aldi.
