This Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies recipe is easy to make, is full of dark chocolate and crunchy walnuts, and tastes 'out of this world'!

This Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies  are simply perfect. Crumbly on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside and the right blend of dark chocolate!

The best part about these gluten free chocolate brownies is not just because they are gluten free and taste awesome but because they are perfect for anyone to indulge in! (.....including those 'gluten full' people)

When I go to parties I usually have to take two types of desserts...
one for gluten free friends (.. and myself) and one for everyone else who 'gluten' is their friend!

This recipe is perfect to please everyone!

It doesn't taste 'gluten free' and it looks wonderful... actually no-one knows these Dark Chocolate Brownies are gluten free!! ... this is where I add in a mischievous giggle right here 😉

    Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

This recipe for Dark Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies is really versatile too!

You can add a range of little surprises in the mix, including a range of different nuts like walnuts, almonds and peanuts but you could also add cranberries, or even a dash of mint flavour.

For these Brownies, I used walnuts because they give a nice crunchand also walnuts have a smooth texture which goes perfectly with the 'smoooooth' dark chocolate!

A slice of Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies recipe

There are a few little tips to making these Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Brownies with Walnuts!

The Tips to making Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies!

    Tip Number 1

Preparing the chocoate for Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

When melting the dark chocolate and the butter the best way (and the quickest) is to melt the chocolate and butter mixture  in the microwave. I place the butter and chocolate in for 25 seconds at a time and then stir and then melt for another 25 seconds. I repeat this till the chocolate and butter has melted. Doing it this way, makes sure you don't burn the chocolate and there is nothing worse than the smell of burnt chocolate...right! :-0 )

    Tip Number 2

he tips to Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

When adding the walnuts, simply sprinkle the walnuts on top of the mixture in the baking tin. This way you can ensure each brownie square will have walnuts in it and you can see where to place them. If you mix the walnuts in with the flour, during the recipe, it is really hard to see if each square of brownie has some delicious walnuts! (got to share those tasty walnuts around 😉 )

    Tip Number 3

The tip to Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

After 20 mins, to test to see if the brownies are ready, take the baking tin out of the oven and simply use a toothpick and place it in the centre of the brownies. If the toothpick comes out with some crumbs attached and clinging on.. then those delicious brownies are ready! Allow the brownies to cool in the pan and then cut into squares.

A delicious gluten free chocolate brownie recipe!
