The Tips to Making the Best Halloumi, Zucchini and Bacon Fritters!

Grated Zucchini for Halloumi, Zucchini and Bacon Fritters

    Tip Number 1

The tip with this recipe is to make sure that you squeeze the excess liquid from the zucchinis. That way the zucchini won't make the fritters soggy and fall apart!

To do this, simply use a clean tea towel and place the zucchini on in and wrap the tea towel so to squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini. You will surprised just how much liquid comes out! 😉

There is no need to add extra salt to this recipe as the halloumi cheese is already quite salty. Simply add a good dose of black cracked pepper.
