The easy and delicious recipe for Gluten Free Honey and Sesame Slow Cooker Chicken that makes tender, succulent chicken, that is full of flavour!
So today is the first day that the weather has turned from beautiful, sunny days to cold, wet, and dreary ones.
I love summer - the sunshine, the long days and the opportunities to do things after work....but I do love the colder weather as well - the warm delicious comfort food, cosy clothes and ... snuggling in front of the heater watching a great movie or TV shows!!
This recipe is easy, as you simply add a layer of sliced onions on the base of the slow cooker, lay the chicken thighs on top and mix together the ingredients such as honey, soy sauce (gluten free one) and sesame seeds and pour over the chicken.
(See below for the ingredients)Β
I am writing this recipe on my iPad, sitting in front of the TV, all cosy and comfortable and feeling great, as dinner is slowing cooking away.
No need to watch or stir but just relax for 2 hours
( yes, I could be doing ironing but this is waaaayyyyy better!Β π
The next best part is that it can be served with rice or with vegetables or salad.
It really is very versatile, tastes great and it is fantastic to take the leftovers for work tomorrow.
