1. Curried Almonds
A quick and easy snack that is full of protein...and are great snacked on warm from the pan or cooled and stored in little plastic bags.

Simply add some olive oil to the base of a saucepan.
Add in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, a good dash of black pepper, ΒΌ teaspoon of cumin, ΒΌ teaspoon of coriander and mix.
Then add in 2 cups of almonds and stir and cook for 5 mins or so or until the spices smell delicious. Remove from the heat and let them cool... or sneak a few while they are still warm...but I am sure you won't stop at a 'few' π
2. Dark chocolate and Goji Berries
Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and can reduce your appetite and Goji Berries help to promote healthy skin and boost the immune system.

Simply melt dark chocolate and spoon onto trays lined with baking paper and sprinkle with Goji Berries. Allow them to cool or place them in the freezer for a very delicious snack, that is doing you the world of good!

A healthy combination of apples, cinnamon, coconut oil and yoghurt. This is simple, so healthy and tastes great!

Simply peel an banana, cut into small pieces, freeze for 3 hours in a plastic bagΒ and then blend in a food processor.
(Tip - scrape down the side of theΒ food processorΒ if they get a little stuck on the side). The trick to this is to make sure the bananas are frozen first and when in the food processor...the magic happens and delicious ice-cream is made!
You can get a little creative and add in other flavours such as peanut paste and a little honey or Nutella... but itΒ wouldn't be One Ingredient Ice-cream then...
....but if we are adding in extras... why not addΒ dark choc chips!!Β (...I think this makes it extra healthy nowΒ π )

YES! Gluten free snacks that I've not heard of before! Sometimes my diet is so boring. People laugh at me. A banana in the morning, then a GF granola bar, then a yogurt. Perhaps some cheese. LOL It's so hard to be on the go and find snacks that are GF and healthy for you. I'm dying to try the apple pie and the curried almonds! Looks so delish!
