Have you ever woken up and thought that this is the best day to start a fresh? To change where you are headed and throughly enjoy life? You know that this is something you want and need to do.... but starting is the hardest part. That first step is always a little daunting.
Well, I would like to thank all my loyal followers of Sparkles In The Everyday about my recent MIA (missing in action). Β Life has been very full with caring for someone very close to me who is ill, working full time and raising a family (you know the story....life is busy!). Β Thanks for being understanding!
In spite all of that, life throws little pleasures and treasures your way...it is just taking the time to notice them that makes everything worthwhile.
I have many emails from my lovely followers and I am writing to say a big thank you and yes, Sparkles in the Everyday will continue....but with a freshΒ outlook!
Yes...it still will have easy gluten free recipes, art and craft and home ideas but it will also incorporate a 'Wellness' section.
Wellness
Wellness is about having the information to make the choices to make the most of your day.
I am starting on a journey of adding a little more positivity, kindness and healthiness to my world, my loved ones, my body and hopefully sharing some inspiration. Β It is about having the skills to steer clear of the hustle and bustle of life, the negativity that can creep in and how to find the moments that make all the difference.
Now I wouldn't say that I fit into the 'hippy' category (and all of a sudden I know the answers to life ) ... but I do know there is lots of information to give clarity, inspiration and purpose. It just needs to be noticed.
I do know that choosing a day and deciding that starting a fresh is a great way toΒ step overΒ that daunting step, embrace it and move forward.
So over the next few weeks, you will see 'the little things' that will add to Sparkles In The Everyday along with the popular posts.
Yes, the sunflowers in my backyard were my inspiration but so were a few of these quotes!
"At the end of the day, it is not the years in your life that matter, it is the life in your years!" Β Abraham Lincoln
source
"Do what you can, with what you have, where you are!"Β Theodore Roosevelt
and just one more ....
