DIY - The perfect way to organise, store and display your perfume at home and add a little piece of 'luxury' to your room!
Ever looked at your perfume bottles and noticed how truly glamorous they are?
Β Displaying them is the perfect way to add a little piece of 'luxury' to your bedroom, without costing a fortune (...well maybe around $10.00 )
Β My perfumes were tucked away in the bathroom vanity and they were hard to see and difficult to get to when rushing out the door.
I really needed a way to store them and have them at easy reach...
The last thing to apply before heading out the door, is a quick spritz of aromatic perfume. The type that adds a little piece of glamour to the day....regardless of what you are wearing or where you are going.
It is amazing how just a little spritz of perfume can bring back memories and give you that little lift for the day.
Organising and storing my perfume needed to be in a handy spot...where it was easy to get to and diidn't need rummaging through the cupboards or drawers.
... a little tipΒ
The best place to store your perfumes is away fromΒ direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can make the perfume heat up and cause the perfumeΒ to go off.... and that is not what you want to be spraying before your day.Β Β Β
The answer needed to be easy and of course.... not cost oodles of money!
So after a little bit of 'shopping my home' I found I had already purchased a cake stand to display cupcakes and muffins at parties and when friends came over.
I actually didn't use it that often, so I gave it aΒ good clean, wiped it down and added my favourite perfumes!
Β The bonus here is that it freed up space in my bathroom vanity which is always a good thing... Β π
It now stands in all it's 'glamour' next to my bedroom door.
It makes finding the perfect perfume for the day or event easy, without having to rummage through the vanity. It evens adds that bit of glamour to my room of an evening whenΒ the lamps on!
A simple way to add a little piece of glamour and sparkle to your day!
Enjoy!
