This DIY bracelet organiser is a thrifty and beautiful way to store your bracelets without them getting tangled and it is an easy way to find just what you need!

    DIY - Beautiful Bracelet Organiser!

Bracelets are a great way to add a little bit of 'flair' to your outfit and over the years, I have collected a few. I store them in two glass bowls and when I finish wearing them, I just plop them in.
The tricky part, that takes time, is the next day, rummaging through the bowl to find the one that I want or the right colour.
So I decided to be organised and separate them by colour and that way it would be so easy to find the right one!

I knew I didn't want the bracelets to hang together, as it would mean that I would need to take each one off before I got to the one I wanted (even though these ones from Pinterest are great - they are  stunning and practical too! )

How to make the DIY Beautiful Bracelet Organiser!

I purchased 4 stackable bamboo bowls (that were really inexpensive at my local house store) and went about adding a little bit of 'personality'.
With the outside white-washed with chalk paint - (so it had an antique look 🙂 ) I went about using a stencil and permanent texta to add a pattern to the outside, so they looked just a little bit pretty!
Using painter's tape I joined the bowls together, so they wouldn't move and taped the stencil to the outside.
I did want the bracelet organiser to look 'a little rustic and faded', so I used a silver permanent marker to colour in the stencil. The silver was not too bright and I simply followed in the pattern.
I let the texta dry and used some hairspray to fix the texta. Now I read this somewhere.... Not sure where, but it worked a treat.
You may have some fixer but hairspray seemed to work just as well... (and it smelled great! 😉
I then organised the bracelets by colour- shades of silver and white in one bowl, reds and pinks, greens and orange and blues in the others.
Then I went about the fun part, of stacking the bowls and creating an organised tower of beautiful bracelets.

The colour I tended to use the most, I placed on the top and then the second colour in the next bowl and so on. This way I know what colour is in each bowl.

You could also add a little coloured spot with texta or nail polish in the stencilled pattern or on the bracelet organiser, so you know what colour is in what bowl.

And yes, this has been the perfect way to organise my bracelets, to make it easier to find the one I want and to make it quicker to find just the right colour!

The best part is that it doesn't take up much room on my dresser and it looks pretty!
