I have to tell you that this is one easy recipe for Irish Soda Bread and it tastes fantastic!
I did have to experiment to get this recipe for Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread just right... but it was so worth it.
This Irish Soda Bread is crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle, and is just divine with melted butter and dipped into pumpkin soup!
For the wonderful people who follow my blog, they know that I have been saving for a fancy camera and I am pleased to say I have finally have one.
The problem is that photography is a lot harder than what it looks!
Cameras are amazing these days with soooo many functions. (...it takes a lot of patience and I do know that 'talking' to it doesn't help 😉 )
So I am on a learning curve and attempting to take wonderful food photos...
but I still have a really long way to go.
This photo is with my old camera .....
and this one with my new camera.....
(still working out the lighting, background, how to focus and well, ....and which button does what!
...I still have a long way to go! :-/
(can you pick the images taken with the new camera...luckily I shot with my old camera too...phew!)
But on to the wonderful recipe for the Irish Soda Bread with the added bonus of it being gluten-free!
It reminds me of the popular Australian Damper, just perfect for ripping off a large chunk and using it to scoop up stews, soups, and gravy!
