An easy way to add a pop of colour.....

I had a little corner that was crying out for something... It didn't need much...just a little bit of love ! 

Being a winter afternoon it meant I had some time to experiment with colour and paint. 

So I tapped into my inner child and just went for it. I didn't want anything too perfect, I just really needed a splash of sea blue to lift the space. I 'played' and sloshed paint around and I had a few attempts (quite a few in fact) till I came up with the finished piece....  and then looking at all my attempts,  the 'right' one just shone out.
