In a bowl add in the yeast and warm water and leave it in a warm place for a few minutes for the yeast to activate and bubble.
In another bowl add in the flour, yoghurt and onion salt and mix together.
Pour in the yeast and mix together and then turn out on a floured surface and knead well to firm and a soft ball. You may need to add some flour as needed.
Split the dough into 8, and roll out each to 5-7mm thick.
Place into hot dry frypan and leave till bubbles form, for a minute or 2 and then turn over, coat with melted butter (add a little minced garlic if you like) and cook and then turn again to coat the other side.)
Tip, you do want some of those delicious, crunchy brown bits on your Naan bread for a traditional looking naan bread.
Brush with butter and serve hot!
