To marinade the chicken - mix together the lemon juice, brown sugar and salt and lay the drumsticks in a shallow pan. Then pour the marinade over the drumsticks and cover with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Pre-heat the oven to a moderate temperature 180ºC or 350ºF.
After the chicken has marinated, place oil in a saucepan and brown the marinated drumsticks until they are golden.
Then lay them on an oven tray and bake in a moderate oven until they are crispy and cooked through.
When serving, coat the chicken with the Asian Plum Sauce and serve with rice and/or a salad.
