Gluten Free Chicken Tacos!
These Gluten Free Chicken Tacos are the perfect everyday meal, easy to make, full of flavours and with the spice of homemade gluten free taco seasoning!
  • 500 grams of chicken mince
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion - diced
  • ½ teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 3 heaped teaspoons of our Homemade Gluten Free Taco Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of chicken stock - gluten free
  • black beans - drained and rinsed
  • For the Chicken Tacos, you will also need:
  • 15 gluten free taco shells - soft or hard
  • Toppings
  • grated cheese
  • diced tomatoes
  • sliced avocado
  • guacamole
  • coriander
  • shredded lettuce or sliced spinach leaves
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • ...anything you like!!
  1. In a frypan, add in the olive oil and onion and heat on a medium heat until the onion starts to cook.
  2. Add in the minced garlic and chicken mince.
  3. Add in 3 heaped teaspoons of Homemade Gluten Free Taco Seasoning, salt and pepper and stir through the chicken mince. Cook the chicken just till it turns white.
  4. Add in the chicken stock and bring to the boil and then simmer.
  5. While it is simmering add in the black beans. (Drain and rinse them first.)
  6. Cook till the chicken is cooked through and there is no more liquid left.
  7. Then place it in a bowl and line up with the other bowls of fresh ingredients and let everyone create their own tasty tacos!
