Gluten Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
These Gluten Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are so easy to make, they don't need baking and they are delicious...very hard to stop at one!!
  • 1 cup of gluten free oats
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup of almond meal
  • ¾ cup of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of honey
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup of dark chocolate bits
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  1. In a bowl add in the oats, coconut and almond meal and mix together
  2. In a microwave bowl add in the butter and honey and melt in the microwave
  3. Add in the vanilla and salt and mix
  4. Mix with the dry ingredients
  5. and pour into a pan that is lined with baking paper and let it sit on the counter while making the topping.
  6. For the topping
  7. Melt the chocolate bits, peanut butter together
  8. Spread the melted chocolate and peanut butter over the base and leave it to set or place in the fridge to set.
  9. Best stored in an airtight container...if there is any left!
