Easy Gluten Free 5 Layer Dip!
A delicious Gluten Free 5 Layer Dip that is easy to make, full of lots of different flavours and can be served with rice crackers or fresh vegetable sticks. An easy way to entertain!
Recipe type: Appetizer
  • 250g of cream cheese - at room temperature
  • 125g sour cream
  • avocado - mashed
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 200 g jar of tomato salsa
  • 100g of shredded ham
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  1. Layer 1 - In a bowl blend together the cream cheese and sour cream to a smooth consistency and spoon onto the base of a pie dish (or similar)
  2. Layer 2 - Mash the avocado in a bowl and add in the lemon juice and mix and then spoon over the cream cheese base.
  3. Layer 3 - Spoon on a layer of salsa over the avocado.
  4. Layer 4 - Sprinkle shredded ham over the salsa.
  5. Layer 5 - Top the dip with a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese (or a cheese of your liking) and keep in the fridge until serving.
  6. and 'ta da!'.....It is now ready to serve with rice crackers of vegetable sticks....easy!!
