Easy Dark Chocolate Fudge!

An easy recipe for delicious dark chocolate fudge filled with walnuts. No bake and gluten free!! :-)
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate bits (or chocolate pieces)
  • ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 50g of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  1. In a medium microwave bowl, add in the dark chocolate bits, water and sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
  2. In a microwave heat the chocolate mixture for 30 seconds and stir and then microwave again for 30 seconds and stir. It may need a little more - till the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. In a mortar and pestle, crush the walnuts or chop them on a chopping board.
  4. Add the walnuts and vanilla and stir to combine.
  5. Spread onto baking paper on a tray and place in the fridge for 30 mins or until firm.
  6. Cut into pieces and them enjoy the delicious and easy fudge!!
