Taking the time to notice things around you can lead to a more content and happier life. Everyday things like a sunrise, a delicious meal and a good cup of coffee.
The Fresh Food Markets are one of those everyday things that you could just take for granted... from the rush of the day, the 'to do list' when going shopping or just the demands of having to get to the next appointment.
The Fresh Food Markets is the place to really take notice. The colours, the sounds and the different and unusual types of fruits, vegetables and foods. The multicultural foods, the exotic smells and beauty of the fresh breads, cheese and meats.
Now, I love shopping at the fresh food markets! I love the way you walk past each stall and there is a hidden surprise..
...like the smell of freshly ground coffee, the sight of cakes in every shape and sizes and
flowers just ready to bloom!
The Fresh Food Markets
The fresh food markets are a great way to experience the world, right on your doorstep, with an array of different cultures and cuisines..... and of course, inexpensively!
I love the way you buy those 'little things' that when you get home brings a smile to your face
Now, having fresh strawberries dipped in hot, molten chocolate...you just can't ask for more...right?
I especially love when I come home and I am inspired to make, bake, cook and create! That is the beauty of the fresh food markets, seeing everything in its rustic form and then it transformed into something glorious!
I think that the beauty of the fresh food markets gives people a chance to see things in its 'real', homegrown sense rather than everything being boxed, primed and presented to perfection.
Ok, so I am starting to sound a little like a 'hippy' but visiting the markets on a Saturday morning can just put you in a relaxing mood for the weekend, with lots of fresh food and treats to make your weekend!
Do you have fresh food markets where you live that are just full of colours, sounds and sights ...and maybe lots of chocolate too?? 🙂 ?

Stopping by from Turn It Up Tuesday. I love food markets too. Are those lilies in your post? I would have grabbed several bouquets, and watched them open. I love fresh flowers and good food.
